Carryn provides a platform that connects customers with vendors and delivery riders for various services including:

- Gas cylinder refill and delivery
- Laundry pickup and delivery services
- Courier and package delivery
- Pharmacy and medication delivery
We act as an intermediary connecting customers with third-party vendors and riders. We are not responsible for the products or services provided by vendors.
4. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Keep your password confidential and secure
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
5. Orders and Payments
5.1 Placing Orders
When you place an order through our Platform, you agree to pay the total amount displayed, including product prices, delivery fees, and any applicable taxes. Order confirmation does not guarantee availability, and we reserve the right to cancel orders in case of product unavailability or pricing errors.

Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience but are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary based on factors including traffic, weather, and vendor preparation time. You must provide accurate delivery addresses and be available to receive your order.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
Order cancellations and refunds are subject to our Refund Policy. Generally:
- Orders may be cancelled before vendor confirmation
- Once an order is confirmed, cancellation may incur fees
- Refunds for quality issues are handled on a case-by-case basis
8. User Conduct
You agree not to:

- Harass, abuse, or threaten vendors, riders, or other users
- Provide false or misleading information
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

- Use automated systems to access the Platform without permission

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Carryn or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any content without our prior written consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Carryn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Carryn, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
