Open the Carryn app, select a service category (Food, Gas, Laundry, etc.), browse available vendors, add items to your cart, enter your delivery address, and complete the payment. You'll receive order updates via push notifications.
Go to "My Orders" in the app and select your active order. You'll see a real-time map showing your rider's location and estimated arrival time.
We accept card payments (Visa, Mastercard), bank transfers, mobile money, and Carryn Wallet. You can add funds to your wallet for faster checkout.
Go to "My Orders," select the order you want to cancel, and tap "Cancel Order." Note that cancellation may not be possible once the vendor has started preparing your order. See our Refund Policy for details.
We're sorry for any issues! Go to your order in "My Orders," tap "Report Issue," describe the problem and upload photos if possible. Our support team will review and provide a resolution.
Delivery times vary by service and distance. Food orders typically take 30-45 minutes. Estimated delivery time is shown before you place your order and updated in real-time during delivery.
Go to your Profile, tap "Saved Addresses," and add or edit your addresses. You can also save addresses during checkout for future use.
